mexican coleslaw

I am so happy I found this recipe! It's just like the slaw that I have at me favorite Mexican restaurant here in Las Cruces.
1 bag pre cut coleslaw mix (in the bagged salad section)
1/3 cup white or rice vinegar
3 TBSP vegetable oil
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated onion (I used a couple shakes of onion powder)
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

I threw all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a lid and shook it until it was all mixed up. Toss with the coleslaw mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
